Key qualifications include: - Proven commercial experience as a Software Developer or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. - Experience with modern software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. - Familiarity with database technology, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. - A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
